This position is suited for someone who has a sound foundation in fashion design and is eager to gain hands-on exposure within a structured production workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Develop original concepts for prints, surface techniques and garment detailing.
Assist in preparing files for DTF, sublimation, and embellishment processes.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate design execution.
Support sampling and quality checks.
Maintain organised documentation of design developments.
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design.
Robust understanding of design principles and garment construction.
Basic working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
Awareness of print and embroidery techniques in apparel.
Detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, and willing to learn.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools will be an added advantage.
Structured training will be provided, however, clarity in design thinking and foundational knowledge are essential._

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
