Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center
Manage academic, administrative, and support staff
Ensure smooth delivery of training programs and student services
Maintain compliance with internal policies and aviation regulatory standards
Coordinate with the corporate office for reporting, planning, and support
Drive student admissions and outreach in the local market
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and training outcomes
Monitor and manage center budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing training centers or educational institutions
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Background in aviation training or the education sector is a plus
