Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
- Provide overall clinical leadership and medical direction for the organization.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety and clinical quality.
- Oversee clinical governance, medical ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and support physicians and clinical teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Drive evidence-based practices, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation, and licensing standards.
- Clinical team Handling, duty rosters, leave management & upskilling.

Requirements:
- MBBS with valid license
- 5-8 years of clinical experience with leadership exposure
- Robust knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹38,636.67 - ₹70,000.05 per month
