- Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator

- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning sessions based on approved lesson plans.

- Create a fun, enriching, and supportive learning workplace for children.

- Plan lessons and activities in advance and ensure their effective implementation.

- Keep children constructively engaged throughout the learning sessions.

- Monitor children's development, learning progress, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver learning sessions according to the approved curriculum and lesson plans.

- Plan creative, interactive, and age-appropriate activities for children.

- Ensure lesson plans are implemented effectively after approval from the Curriculum Team.

- Maintain accurate reports, observations, assessments, and records for each child.

- Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor children's development.

- Ensure effective utilization of learning resources and minimize wastage.

- Create attractive and age-appropriate classroom displays and learning resources.





- Plan and conduct fun, educational, and enriching classroom activities.

- Follow all school policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Communicate regularly and appropriately with parents regarding children's activities and progress.

- Plan and execute events, trips, celebrations, and other activities along with colleagues as per the Events Calendar.

- Ensure the safety, health, hygiene, and security of all children at all times.

- Guide and support assistant teachers and support staff.

- Provide feedback to assistant teachers and support staff whenever required.

- Notify the Centre Head about any concerns related to children, classroom activities, or operations.

- Interact with parents and discuss children's learning, development, and progress.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and effective learning environment.
