Generate and verify inpatient and outpatient bills in accordance with hospital policies and tariff structures.
Process cash, card, and online payments and issue receipts promptly.
Coordinate with insurance and TPA teams for pre-authorizations, claim documentation, and settlements.
Reconcile billing records and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Address patient and attendant queries related to charges and payment procedures.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal billing protocols.
Prepare daily billing and collection reports and assist in audits as required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
