Role Overview

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day restaurant and F&B; operations at The Frame. You will ensure smooth operations, exceptional service standards, efficient team management, and a consistently high-quality guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership and complete ownership of front-of-house operations, including service, guest relations, beverage operations, team performance, and coordination with the kitchen and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the overall daily restaurant and F&B; operations.
- Ensure smooth service and maintain exceptional fine-dining and hospitality standards.
- Lead and manage the front-of-house, service, guest relations, bar, and beverage teams.
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, grooming, discipline, training, and performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and ensure SOPs and service standards are consistently followed.
- Take ownership of the overall guest experience, including VIP and regular guest handling.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure effective service recovery.




- Coordinate closely with the Head Chef, kitchen, bar, management, and other teams.
- Monitor daily sales, operational performance, costs, wastage, and inventory.
- Ensure proper stock management and coordinate operational requirements with relevant teams.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, ambience, hygiene, and operational readiness.
- Support private events, special occasions, promotions, and other business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Provide regular operational updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in restaurant and Food & Beverage operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or senior restaurant operations role.
- Strong fine-dining or luxury hospitality experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing teams and overall restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of service standards, guest experience, beverage operations, inventory, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, confident, well-groomed, and highly guest-focused.
