- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)

- Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation

- Monitor and report changes in physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals

- Administer medications as per care plan (if trained/authorized)

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required

- Maintain a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for the client

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Accompany clients to medical appointments if needed

- Follow infection control and safety guidelines

- Maintain daily care logs and reports

Requirements

Qualification

SSLC

- Certification or training in caregiving, nursing aide, or healthcare assistance

- Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or nursing assistant

- Ability to handle patients with patience, empathy, and respect

- Physically fit to assist with lifting, standing, and mobility
