Financial

Planning & Analysis /n Own AOP, QOP, MOP, forecasting, and long-term financial planning in partnership with business leadership. /n Provide strategic insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to drive growth, profitability, and informed decision-making. /n Lead performance reviews, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. /n 2.

Strategic Business

Partnering /n Act as a strategic finance partner to senior business leaders, co-owning business targets and outcomes. /n Drive a deep understanding of business operations and key value drivers to identify growth, profitability, and productivity opportunities. /n Challenge assumptions and influence decisions through strong commercial and financial insights. /n 3. Category & Commercial Finance /n Lead financial strategy across categories, with ownership of profitability, pricing, margins, inventory, and supplier economics. /n Partner with Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to optimize margins, inventory, and working capital. /n Drive initiatives to improve category profitability, cash conversion, and overall capital efficiency. /n 4. Team Leadership /n Lead, mentor,
