Job Summary:
- Make 100–120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
- Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls
- Monthly Targets - 6-20 Lakhs
- Handsome Uncapped Incentives
- Follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Virtual meetings with decision-makers
- CRM updates & team coordination
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
Work Details:
- Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (Mon-Fri) | 1–2 hr break
- Off: Sat & Sun | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month
- Salary Date: 3rd/4th of each month (Cycle: 26th–25th)
