We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to CEO
Vibe6 Digital Company is looking for a proactive and energetic Executive/Personal Assistant to support our CEO in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-paced organization.

Location: Indore (On-site)
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings,



and travel schedules
Handling confidential information with professionalism
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Acting as a point of contact between CEO and clients/partners

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
