Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers / Recruitment Telecallers to support our recruitment and candidate onboarding activities at G4S.
The selected candidate will be responsible for calling prospective candidates from various internal databases, following up with them, motivating them to join, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in a target-driven environment are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates from various available databases.
- Contact and follow up with:
- Absconded candidates
- Non-deployed candidates
- ATS database candidates
- Candidates who have previously applied for G4S job opportunities
- Other available recruitment databases
- Understand candidate requirements and provide relevant information about available job opportunities.
- Motivate and convince suitable candidates to attend interviews and complete the joining process.
- Regularly follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate calls, responses, follow-ups, and joining status.
- Update candidate details and recruitment status in the required system/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly calling and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams for smooth candidate deployment.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Work efficiently in a target-oriented and high-pressure environment.

Education

Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Experience in Telecalling, Recruitment Calling, Customer Support, Sales Calling, or BPO will be an added advantage.
