We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Accounts Executive to manage and oversee our daily financial operations. In this role, you will take ownership of financial accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, rigorous attention to detail, and the advanced financial acumen typical of a CA Intermediate qualified.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting: Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, generalize ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and complex bank reconciliations.

Taxation & Compliance: Independently handle statutory compliances, including GST computations and filing, TDS returns, and Advance Tax calculations.

Finalization of Accounts: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate preparation of Balance Sheets and P&L; statements

MIS & Budgeting: Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports,



variance analyses, and cash flow projections to support management decisions.

Audit Management: Lead the preparation for Statutory and Tax Audits, liaising directly with external auditors to resolve queries.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Minimum CA Intermediate (Chartered Accountant) cleared. A background in b.com is standard.

Experience: 3 to 7 years of post-articleship or corporate experience in core accounting and taxation.

Software: Hands-on expertise in accounting ERPs (e.g., Tally Prime, SAP, Zoho Books, or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS), Income Tax Act, and GST laws.
