Responsibilities:

- Responsible to execute the roles and responsibilities of Mines Surveyor as per statutory.
- Carry out mine surveys using Total Station, DGPS, Drone and other surveying instruments.
- Prepare and update mine plans, sections, and statutory survey records as per DGMS and MMR provisions.
- Mark drilling, blasting, excavation, haul roads and mine boundaries.
- Calculate excavation volumes, ore/ limestone reserves, and production quantities.
- Monitor pit development, bench dimensions, gradients, and dump stability.
- Prepare monthly production reports and reconciliation of survey data.
- Assist in mine planning, lease boundary management, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain survey instruments and ensure accuracy of survey data.
- Coordinate with mining, geology,



and planning teams for smooth mine operations.
- Support statutory inspections and audits by maintaining all required survey records.
- Preparation and analysis of MIS reports for production.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in mechanized open cast mining operations, especially in limestone or similar mineral sectors as a Mine Surveyor.
- Solid understanding of mines surveying, planning and pit development.

Statutory Qualifications:

- Surveyor Certificate (Restricted to Open Cast Mines) issued by DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety) Mandatory
