Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

- Diagnose automation issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Support OT cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with data integrity standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for OT system upgrades and digital transformation projects

System Design & Integration

- Develop and implement automation systems using Hardware, Network Switch, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS, and robotics.

Programming & Configuration:

- Understand and troubleshoot control logic (e.g., ladder logic, structured text) for PLCs, SCADA/ HMI and controllers. Basic Windows/ Linux commands and scripts for troubleshooting

Testing & Commissioning:

- Conduct FAT/SAT (Factory & Site Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth handover to operations.

Process Optimization:

- Identify areas for improvement and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and safety.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance to 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP requirements for electronic devices used in Pharma Industry.





Relevant Functional/Technical Skills or Industry Experience

- PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Windows Operating system
- Control Panel
- Command Line troubleshooting
- User account controls
- Network configuration

- Hardware troubleshooting:

- RAM, Hard Disk, Processer, graphics card etc.

- SMPS and power requirements
- SCADA & HMI systems (Zenon, FactoryTalk View, WinCC, EcoStruxure etc.)
- Industrial networking (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Robotics integration and control
- Electrical and control system design (AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN)
- Knowledge of OT cybersecurity, ISA-95 architecture

Relevant Skilled / Educational Background:

- Bachelors Degree- Instrumentation, Communication technology.
- Certification in Hardware/ Networking/ PLC/ SCADA programming or robotics is preferred.
