Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Solutions Analyst 2 UAT / Change Management to lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for complex system implementations and business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAT, Testing, Change Management, Banking/Financial Services, stakeholder management and test governance, with the ability to lead UAT activities from planning through execution, defect management and final business sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end UAT lifecycle for large-scale and integrated system changes.
- Develop UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts and execution plans.
- Define and monitor UAT scope, entry/exit criteria, readiness and sign-off requirements.
- Coordinate with Business, Technology, Product, QA and Change Management teams to ensure successful UAT delivery.
- Manage UAT execution, defect tracking, prioritization, resolution and closure.
- Lead defect triage discussions and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
- Provide UAT status, risks, issues, dependencies and readiness updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate UAT governance, documentation, traceability and quality standards.
- Support change-impact assessments and ensure business processes are adequately validated before implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve UAT processes, methodologies, tooling and automation.
- Work with cross-functional UAT teams and provide guidance/mentoring to business testers and QA analysts.
- Support production readiness, implementation and post-release validation activities.




- Act as a UAT SME for business processes, system functionality and integration points.
- Drive effective stakeholder communication and influence decisions related to UAT scope, defects and implementation readiness.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance, with strong UAT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in UAT planning, test strategy, test execution, defect management and sign-off.
- Strong knowledge of defect/issue lifecycle management.
- Experience with testing and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or ALM.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Product and Operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience leading UAT/testing teams or mentoring business testers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and dependencies in a complex change setting.

Preferred Domain Experience

- Banking / Financial Services / BFSI experience preferred.
- Knowledge of financial accounting, corporate finance, financial reporting or banking processes will be an advantage.
- Experience working on large-scale system implementations, transformation or change-management programs is preferred.
- Exposure to test automation or UAT tooling improvements is an advantage.
- ISTQB or other testing-related certification is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
