What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in product development within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving the launch of Traditional and COMBO products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. The role requires analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

What does the job entail?

- Product Development & Modifications:
Drive the launch of Traditional and COMBO products, new Health products, group products, and oversee modifications as per business and regulatory requirements.

- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all product designs meet regulatory guidelines, documentation norms, and approval processes.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with Marketing, IT, Operations, and Sales & Distribution to ensure seamless product implementation.

- Market Research & Analysis:
Assess customer needs, competitor offerings,



and industry trends to enhance product strategies.

- Project Management:
Lead end‑to‑end execution of product launches and modifications, ensuring timely rollouts and alignment with business goals.

- Training & Communication:
Support internal teams with training and provide explicit communication on product features, benefits, and positioning.

Work Experience

Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in Product Development, Insurance, and Product Launches.

Essential Qualification

- MBA (preferred).

- Solid knowledge of product development and lifecycle management.

- Understanding of regulatory guidelines relevant to insurance product design.

- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration capability.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
