Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter – Sales Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for various Sales positions across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and closing candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions such as Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Business Development Executive, RSM and other Sales roles.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, communication skills, sales exposure, location and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Ensure timely closure of open Sales positions as per recruitment TAT.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of Sales candidates for current and future requirements.




- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research for Sales positions.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification, wherever applicable.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with Sales Business Heads and HR teams to understand current and future manpower requirements.

Key Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of Sales Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Good sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM – HR or Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Sales hiring will be preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring or field-sales recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Should have strong candidate networking and relationship-building abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
