Job DescriptionWorkday HCM – Integration Consultant NExperience: 6–10 Years NLocation: Bengaluru – Work from Office NPosition: Workday HCM Integration Consultant NJob SummarynWe are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Integration Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in Workday integrations and strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio. NThe ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex Workday integrations across HCM modules and third-party systems. Solid knowledge of Workday integration technologies and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders is essential. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM integrations. N Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio. N Work on inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems. N Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs. N Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday integration solutions. N Develop integration flows using Workday Studio components such as Assemblies, Services, Transformations, and Launch Parameters. N Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON and SOAP/REST technologies. N Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support. N Monitor integration events and resolve integration failures and data issues.



N Work with Workday business processes and HCM data to ensure accurate data exchange. N Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. N Prepare technical specifications, integration mappings, test cases, and technical documentation. N Participate in deployment, release management, and post-production support activities. NnMandatory Skills Nn 6–10 years of Workday HCM experience. N Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio – Mandatory. N Experience developing and supporting complex Workday integrations. N Strong experience with: N Workday Studion EIB N Core Connectorsn Workday Web Services N REST/SOAP APIsn Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath and JSON. N Experience with WorkdayHCM data and business processes. N Hands-on experience in integration testing and troubleshooting. N Experience working on integration deployment and production support. N Good understanding of integration security and authentication mechanisms. N Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
