Junior Recruiter – Fully Remote

Location: Remote

Hours: UK Business Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT

Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and confident Junior Recruiter to join our fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Support the wider recruitment process and ensure vacancies move forward efficiently.

Key Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident communicating with candidates from different backgrounds and personalities.




- Must be able to work UK business hours.
- Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous recruitment or candidate-facing experience is preferred but not essential.

Someone who takes ownership, doesn't need constant hand-holding, communicates exceptionally well, and gets things done.
