Job Title Lead UX/UI Designer (5–8 Years Experience) Role Overview We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to drive end-to-end design for digital products. This role requires strong UX thinking, high-quality visual design skills, and the ability to lead teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Lead the complete design process: research, flows, wireframes, UI, and prototypes * Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, scalable solutions * Define and maintain design systems and visual language * Design for complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and responsive platforms * Ensure consistency, usability, and high visual quality across deliverables * Collaborate closely with product, tech,



and business teams * Manage client/stakeholder expectations and present design solutions * Mentor and guide a team of designers; ensure quality and timely delivery Skills & Requirements * Strong foundation in user-centered design and design thinking * Expertise in UX (IA, user flows, wireframes, prototyping) and UI (visual design, systems) * Experience designing for web and mobile (responsive design) * Ability to simplify complex problems into elegant solutions * Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. * Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience * 5–8 years in UX/UI or product design * Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work We’re Looking For * A designer who can think strategically and execute visually * A problem solver comfortable with complexity * A team leader and mentor who drives design excellence
