Job Purpose:
Lead respective Sales Team Account Managers & Application Specialists in understanding and execution of Coromant Front Line Sales strategy
Deliver financial, product, industry segment & solution targets according to local business plan
Coach respective Sales Team Account Managers & Application Specialists in data quality & data driven decision making
Identify respective Sales Team development needs / gaps and support competence development of Account Managers & Application Specialists .
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring targets and objectives are clearly defined and set for Account Managers & Application Specialists
Responsible for business and individuals’ performance management (including corrective action where needed) to achieve agreed local business plan targets and objectives
