About The Client:

Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.

Essential Job Functions:
- Understand the Architecture of the system
- Communication with Stakeholders
- Desing and create test cases and Cyara scripts as per business requirements
- Perform functional and regression testing
- Development of new application, BAU enhancements
- Offshore – Onsite Coordination

Qualifications:

Must-Have
- Good knowledge of Contact Centre Domain preferably 4+ years.
- Good knowledge of IVR routing flows using Genesys, Genesys Cloud CX
- Good knowledge of Agent routing flows using Genesys, Genesys Cloud CX
- Good knowledge of Cyara Automation tool
- Hands-on knowledge on automating IVR flows using Cyara Automation tool.
- Good knowledge of SQL queries
- Good knowledge of Genesys cloud, Genesys reports and dashboards




- Good functional understanding and testing knowledge of Salesforce Agent desktop
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Database Testing

Positive-to-Have
- Experience testing of Salesforce applications (CRM apps)
- Knowledge of Contact Centre Workforce Management and Quality Management
- Knowledge of test automation (Java/Selenium) – scripting, debugging, maintenance of automation scripts
- Experience in API Testing
- Experience in testing and automation of live chat apps
