Hemophilia Federation India (HFI) is a NGO working for the welfare of the Persons with Hemophilia(PwH), a bleeding disorder. We are a National umbrella organization of 92 chapters across the country representing 26 states and UT. We work in close collaboration with our chapters and the department of Health and Family welfare of the government of India and the State Governments.

Position Title:Chief Operations Officer

Reporting:President, Vice President Finance, CEO

Location:Delhi

Education:Advanced degree in Accounting or CA or CPA required or related field.

Experience/ Skills:




We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and drive our operations and accounting systems to current heights. 6 to 10 years minimum in the NGO segment. Directly over-arching management of working capital & project capital ,keeping in mind requirements of various stakeholders in the foundation. - Preparation of Financial Modeling, Project Reports for new projects & Expansions, Manage all activities connected to funding tie-up & financial closure, up to disbursement. Manage the Accounting, Programs and Administration verticals of our organisation

Necessary Skills
- Ability to lead and manage a teams effectively.
- Complete knowledge on FCRA Act for a NGO
- Thorough knowledge of bookkeeping, filing, Tally, and other NGO compliances.
- High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using financial software and tools.
- Experience in Planning and monitoring the day-to-day oper
