About the Role

Provate Technologies is hiring a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer L3 (Cisco & Aruba) to support enterprise network modernization and IT/OT connectivity initiatives across corporate and heavy industrial manufacturing environments.

This is a hands-on L3 enterprise routing and switching role requiring robust Cisco and Aruba engineering expertise.

The engineer will serve as a primary technical resource for core routing, switching, wireless architecture, industrial edge connectivity, and enterprise network performance optimization across paperboard mill operations and corporate infrastructure.

We are looking for someone with deep enterprise networking expertise and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex, business-critical network environments where uptime, resiliency, security, and performance are essential.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of enterprise networking experience with strong L3 expertise
- Deep hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/XE/NX-OS and ArubaOS-CX
- Strong expertise in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRFs and VLAN segmentation
- Enterprise switching and high-availability network design
- Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass, Enterprise Wireless & NAC
- Firewall/security architecture integration
- Strong experience troubleshooting complex multi-site enterprise networks




- Ability to independently handle critical network escalations

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure and optimize Cisco & Aruba routing and switching infrastructure
- Troubleshoot routing instability, failover, latency, packet loss and performance issues
- Deploy and support Aruba wireless infrastructure, Central and ClearPass
- Configure wireless access controls, NAC policies and device profiling
- Support enterprise-to-OT connectivity based on Purdue Model segmentation
- Support Industrial DMZ (iDMZ) integrations and secure IT/OT segmentation
- Integrate network routing with Palo Alto Networks
- Support site-to-site connectivity, VPNs and edge routing
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure using SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Lead L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis and post-incident remediation

Preferred Experience

- Industrial, manufacturing or OT-integrated network environments
- Purdue Model and Industrial DMZ (iDMZ)
- SD-WAN and enterprise WAN optimization
- Experience working with cybersecurity and OT infrastructure teams
