Socialsail is looking for an experienced digital marketing Strategist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands marketing inside and out - from positioning and messaging to creative strategy and digital communication.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will develop data-driven marketing strategies for multiple brands, shape their digital presence across channels, and collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams to deliver impactful and results-oriented campaigns. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals and product objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Guide and coordinate internal teams including designers, content creators and developers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies,



and recommend improvements based on analytics and KPIs.
- Manage client communication, understand requirements, and maintain strong skilled relationships.
- Present strategic recommendations, campaign updates, and performance insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
- Prepare and share detailed monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, growth metrics, insights, and future recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective brand positioning across digital channels.
- Support product launches, lead generation initiatives, and brand awareness campaigns through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, or client campaign management.
- Experience in creating marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with client business and product goals.
