We are looking for an HR & Market Research Executive who can support our internal HR operations while also helping management identify new business opportunities, markets, services, and potential clients.

This is a hybrid role and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, researching markets, analyzing businesses, and turning information into actionable opportunities.

Required Skills

2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Good understanding of HR and recruitment processes.




Strong market research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong internet research skills.
Ability to find, verify, organize, and analyze business information.
Good understanding of international B2B business.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Ability to identify patterns and convert research into actionable recommendations.
