Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning and Execution• Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customerorders, delivery schedules, and production capacity.

- Translate production plans into transparent work schedules and allocate tasks across productionteams.
- Monitor production progress and take corrective action to address delays, shortages, oroperational bottlenecks.
- Ensure production targets and delivery commitments are met without compromisingquality.Manpower Management• Plan daily manpower deployment according to production requirements and employeecapabilities.
- Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate training and skill development to improve operational flexibility and teamperformance.
- Identify staffing requirements and communicate them to the Production Manager.

Material

Coordination and Inventory Control• Coordinate with Stores and Procurement to ensure the timely availability of raw materials,components, and consumables.
- Review material requirements against production plans and highlight potential shortagesin advance.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and stock utilization.
- Support accurate inventory records and effective management of work-in-progressmaterials.Cross-Functional Coordination• Work closely with Quality to ensure products meet approved specifications and qualitystandards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and support preventivemaintenance activities.




- Liaise with Logistics and Dispatch to ensure finished goods are available according toshipment schedules.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Stores to resolve supply-related issues affectingproduction.Production Monitoring and Reporting• Maintain accurate production records, performance reports, and manufacturingdocumentation.
- Track key operational metrics, including production output, manpower productivity,material consumption, wastage, and delivery performance.
- Update production and inventory data in ERP systems and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Report production constraints, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.Continuous Improvement and Compliance• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, productivity, quality,and cost efficiency.
- Support initiatives to reduce material wastage, production delays, and rework.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, quality management systems, andcompany procedures.
- Maintain proper shop-floor discipline, housekeeping, and adherence to standard operatingprocedures.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
