- Academic Leadership & Content Alignment
- Ensure training quality and content relevance through regular reviews and planning cycles.
- Facilitate contextualisation of training materials and assessments for Tripura's state context.
- Support in validation of academic documents — frameworks, blueprints, and question papers.
- Collect, analyse, and act on feedback from field stakeholders and teacher participants.
- Project Coordination & Implementation
- Lead implementation of training and assessment events in collaboration with state counterparts.
- Plan and track academic deliverables in coordination with cross-functional internal teams.
- Coordinate field visits, data collection, and documentation efforts.
- Contribute to weekly/monthly reports and project reviews.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Ei and government officials in Tripura.
- Conduct regular check-ins and co-planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present program updates and findings to government officials and key partners.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of work experience in education project implementation, content development, or teacher training.
- Prior experience working with government school systems is preferred.
