We are building a destination wedding planning vertical from scratch - and hiring the person who will build it.

Rangmanch Hospitality & Leisure is the hospitality group behind Rangmanch Farms — a 20+ acre resort and events destination about 40 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway, with six room styles, lawns and banquet spaces, 80+ activities and full in-house catering. The property hosts social events, corporate events and celebrations round the year.

Over the next few years, the group plans to operate multiple resorts and venues across India.

Wedding planning is one of the verticals to launch — and it will not be limited to our own venue. We will design and deliver weddings wherever the couple wants them: a palace in Rajasthan, a beach in Goa, a resort in the hills, a hotel in the city, or Rangmanch Farms itself. The family chooses the destination; we deliver the wedding. And unlike most companies starting from zero, this one begins with real advantages - an operating venue, in-house catering.

You will be the first hire of this business, working directly with the founder. You build it - the client wins, the venue partnerships, the vendor networks, the portfolio, and eventually the team.

What you will do

- Own every wedding end to end - sell it, plan it, deliver it, at the destination the family chooses
- Meet families, understand their functions and budget, propose destinations and venues, close the booking and collect advances
- Build venue partnerships across destinations — hotels, resorts, palaces, farmhouses - and negotiate terms with them
- Plan every function: venues, menus, decor themes and moodboards, artists and entertainment, guest stay and travel logistics




- Build vendor networks at each destination — decorators, fabricators, artists, photographers, hospitality desks
- Travel to destinations for recces and planning, and stay on the ground through each wedding - setup to vidaai
- Use Rangmanch Farms as our home advantage for NCR weddings - our own lawns, banquet spaces, rooms, catering and team
- Build the business itself: the sales process, the pricing and fee playbook, the partner network, the portfolio - and your own team as bookings grow

Who should apply

- 5-10 years planning and delivering weddings — ideally at a wedding planning company with destination weddings in your portfolio, or at a venue/hotel where you did both sales and execution
- Proven on both sides: you have closed the booking, and you have run the wedding on the ground.
- Comfortable delivering at venues you do not control — coordinating with hotel teams, outside caterers and local vendors is the real craft of destination weddings
- Ready to travel - recces, planning visits, and multi-day stays at destinations during weddings
- Positive Hindi and English; equally comfortable with a bride’s mother, a hotel GM and a fabrication vendor
- 6 days a week; based in Gurugram between weddings; weekends and wedding dates are working days. Own vehicle preferred.
