- 10–15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a mid-sized or SME manufacturing organization.

- Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance).

- Dual Expertise: A solid background in Finance (Qualified CA, CMA, or MBA-Finance) combined with deep operational exposure running a manufacturing plant.

- Cash & Working Capital Mastery: Proven track record in optimizing the SME cash conversion cycle and cash flow forecasting.

- Cost Accounting & Inventory Control: Thorough practical knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, factory overhead allocations, and managing raw material/WIP inventories.

- Leadership: Ability to coordinate internally with deptt heads & with external Auditors/CAs.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
