Role Overview

- We are looking for high-energy, street-smart Field Sales Executives to drive merchant acquisition and onboarding across key markets in Kerala.

- This is a pure field role, requiring daily travel, local market coverage, and consistent target achievement.

- The role demands individuals who can pitch, close, and onboard merchants end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential retail & service merchants in assigned territories

- Pitch product offerings and demonstrate value proposition

- Complete end-to-end merchant onboarding (documentation + verification)

- Achieve daily & weekly onboarding targets

- Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants Share daily field reports, merchant feedback, and competitor insights

Eligibility Criteria (Non-Negotiable)





- 6 months 2 years of Field Sales / Merchant Onboarding experience Background in FinTech / E-commerce / FMCG preferred Solid understanding of local market (Cochin / Trivandrum / Thrissur) Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory)

- Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with mobile-based reporting Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-intensive role
