Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Deputy Operations Consultant to support manufacturing and service-sector consulting projects, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze production and operational processes and identify gaps.
- Implement 5S, Lean, Six Sigma & Kaizen initiatives.
- Prepare SOPs, process maps, dashboards, and reports.
- Collect and analyze operational data and track KPIs.
- Coordinate with client management and shop-floor teams.
- Support project execution, audits, and improvement activities.
- Guide junior team members and travel to client locations as required.

Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA / Bachelor's Degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, Operations, Process Improvement, or Consulting.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel.
