What you'll do:
Create and implement valid, reliable, and fair formative and summative assessment frameworks across all K-12 year groups
Monitor student performance data, examination results, and learning trends to spot gaps and plan academic interventions
Coach teachers and subject leaders on how to use assessment data to adapt their classroom teaching and lesson planning
Qualification & Skills:
- Experience: Several years of successful teaching combined with senior or middle leadership experience in a K-12 school setting.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design, and data analytics tools used to track student growth.
- Core Skills: Robust people management, clear communication, and the ability to train staff on evidence-informed practices
