Work Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Must have Experience

- 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including a minimum of three years in a senior or lead automation role.

- Robust programming and automation-development experience in C#.

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, SpecFlow, NUnit, or equivalent technologies.

- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification.

- Proven experience designing and maintaining test-automation frameworks from the ground up.

- Strong knowledge of UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

- Experience integrating automated tests with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or comparable CI/CD platforms.

- Excellent analytical,



troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, and technical-leadership skills.

- Experience working in Agile or SAFe development environments.

- Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test design, automation, and analysis.

Good to have experience

- Python scripting and automation tooling.

- Docker and Kubernetes-based test environments.

- API testing using tools such as Postman or RestSharp.

- Performance and scalability testing.

- Regulated software development, preferably involving IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA requirements, or medical-device software.
