- Prepare and process customer invoices for freight, transportation, customs clearance, documentation, THC, handling and other logistics charges.
- Understand accounting related to Air Freight, Sea Freight, Transportation, Customs Clearance, CHA, CFS, THC, Documentation and other logistics charges.
- Understand basic RCM, GST on freight/transportation and import/export transactions.
- Maintain job-wise revenue and cost records.
- Verify purchase/vendor invoices against job files, quotations and supporting documents.
- Record sales and purchase invoices in accounting software.
- Ensure timely billing and closure of completed jobs.
- Check revenue and cost against individual shipment/job files and identify discrepancies or losses.
- Coordinate with operations for cost sheets and missing vendor invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements with books of accounts
- Assist in GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation and filing.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records.
- TDS calculation, deduction and reconciliation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
