About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with 5+ years of experience and a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

§ Preparation of detailed BOQs based on drawings and specifications

§ Accurate quantity take-offs for:

- - Flooring & Cladding
- False Ceilings
- Block Works
- Wall Panelling
- Fixed Furniture / Joinery
- Coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams for clarity on drawings and quotations
- Monitoring project costs and budgets
- Performing cost estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness in quantity estimation
- Reviewing and analysing vendor quotations
- Maintaining systematic documentation of all commercial and cost-related data

Requirements § Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / similar degree

§ Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior (Luxury) fit-out projects

§ Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs

§ Valuable knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing

§ Proficiency in AutoCAD, AI Tools and MS Excel

§ High attention to detail and accuracy
