Job Title: Manager - Media Planning (Biddable + Digital Media Planning)
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai – Onsite at Client Office
Shift: UK Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Role Overview
Dentsu is looking for a Manager – Biddable/Digital Planning to manage digital media planning and campaign execution for a key client.



The role will focus on Biddable + Digital Media Planning across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and retention for key clients.
Lead media planning across both digital channels , ensuring integration and coherence with the overall media strategy.
Foster strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Manage and mentor business teams, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, operations, finance, strategy, and analytics, to deliver comprehensive services.
Craft compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
Lead new business pitches, driving the process in partnership with the management team and other departments.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business,



or related fields.
Experience: 3-6 years of agency experience in digital marketing or media.
Candidate must be comfortable working onsite at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai and in the UK shift (2–10 PM) .
Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads .
Experience across OTT, Display and Biddable Media .
Knowledge of Comscore and digital media measurement.
Strong analytical, planning and Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced client environment.
