Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling/Revit MEP

What you'll do:

- Model building elements from registered point cloud data to LOD 300–400 within your discipline.
- Act as sub-team lead for a small group of mid/junior modelers — review their work before QC submission.
- Ensure models meet accuracy tolerances against the point cloud and follow project standards/parameters.
- Support clash resolution and coordination with other disciplines.
- Flag point cloud data quality issues to the CDE Coordinator.

What we're looking for:

- Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field.
- 4+ years of Revit modeling experience, including Scan-to-BIM from registered point clouds.
- Solid understanding of LOD 300–400 deliverable requirements.
- Ability to review and guide the work of junior modelers.

Software: Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, AutoCad.
