Experience: 2+ years in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Banking Sales, or Academic Counselling
Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Engage with leads generated through digital marketing and social media channels
Connect with prospects, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into enrollments
Achieve monthly sales targets
Effectively communicate course offerings, mentor profiles, career opportunities, and pricing
Understand customer requirements and handle queries and objections professionally




Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups through CRM
Work closely with the Sales Team Lead and ensure timely reporting of sales performance

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Banking Sales / Academic Counselling
✅ Fluency in Tamil is required
✅ Prior EdTech sales experience is an advantage
✅ Solid communication, persuasion, and closing skills
✅ Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
✅ Comfortable working with sales Matrics, CRM and other tools
