Key Responsibilities

- Inspection Execution: Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections for automotive mechanical components (stampings, castings, machined parts, or assemblies).

- Measuring & Instruments: Regularly use precision measurement tools like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Thread Gauges, Dial Indicators, and Plug Gauges.

- Defect Reporting & Control: Identify non-conforming parts, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), tag defective lots, and segregate rejected items.

- Process Monitoring: Conduct hourly line audits to ensure operators adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Control Plans.

- Documentation: Maintain daily shift inspection logs, rejection reports, and quality registers.

Key Requirements
- Education: ITI (Fitter/Machinist/Turner), Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile), or BE/B.Tech (Mechanical).

- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in automotive or light engineering shop-floor quality control.

- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of GD&T,



7 QC Tools, ISO/IATF 16949 standards, and Poka-Yoke.

- General Skills: Strong attention to detail, Willingness to work in shifts (Rotational/General), and Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel for daily reporting).

Salary & Compensation Structure
- In-Hand Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Net take-home based on experience level and technical skill)

- Gross CTC: ~₹21,000 – ₹26,000 (Includes PF, ESIC, Bonus)

- Perks & Perks: Shift allowance, Subsidized Canteen, Transport/Cab facility (where applicable), OT as per company policy.
