The firm manages all stages of design documentation, from conceptual drawings and schematic diagrams to working drawings, detailed sections, and interior specifications.

Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gautam Buddha Nagar and involves preparing conceptual and schematic drawings, assisting with working drawings, sections, and details, and coordinating architectural, structural, and services layouts. The role includes collaborating with senior architects and consultants, participating in site surveys and supervision,



and helping with documentation for local authority approvals.

The Junior

Architect will also contribute to interior layouts, landscape integration, and sustainable design solutions, ensuring that project deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they apply to architectural workflows, such as proficiency with CAD/BIM tools and coordination of digital project data.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including basic planning, coordination with consultants and contractors, and support in tracking project milestones.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution and eligibility to work with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong attention to detail, and ability to interpret building codes and standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, willingness to learn, and capability to work on-site and at project locations as needed.
- Interest or experience in sustainable design, interior detailing, and coordination of services (electrical, structural, MEP) is an advantage.
