Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT development and/or operations domains with 3 years of expertise in SAP SLT, SAP DI, SAP BW on HANA / SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC and Linke across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAC, Tableau, Power BI, SAP BOJ or similar analytic tools.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing integration flows, real-time data replication, data transformation, and troubleshooting, as well as experience with adapters, APIs, and security protocols.
- Knowledge of SAP modules, BASIS Framework, SLT / DMIS components, CXLINK add-ons, ABAP Coding and middleware technologies to ensure seamless cross-system communication and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts and technologies to diverse audiences.
- Great attitude with Teamwork, Commitment and Accountability
- Operational experience with solutions built on SAP data platforms and managed services, data lakes,



data warehousing, analytics tools, data visualization, and machine learning capabilities.
- Working knowledge of data governance concepts, tools and processes supporting a complex organizational setting.
- Ability to perform end to end testing and debug issues.
- Document root cause analysis and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to standardize and stabilize daily operations.
- Must have working knowledge of Rev-Track/Charm process to promote code/release packages into upstream environments.
- Practical experience with Agile practices
- Experience collaborating with technical product teams including offshore resources and working in matrixed environments.
- Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and observability.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of Lean / Agile project delivery experience.
- Experience or basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management.
