Job OverviewAharada Education is looking for passionate and qualified Assistant Professors to join our academic team at IIMT University, Meerut.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills and a student-centric approach to teaching. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality classroom instruction while actively contributing to practical learning, student mentoring, academic activities and departmental development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct lectures, tutorials and practical sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, quizzes and other course materials.
- Ensure effective delivery of the assigned subjects and maintain academic standards.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.
- Supervise student projects, internships, practical work and research activities.
- Use modern teaching methodologies, digital tools and technology-enabled learning.
- Conduct and evaluate internal assessments, examinations, viva-voce and practical examinations.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records and other required documentation.
- Organize and participate in workshops,



seminars, guest lectures, conferences and industry-oriented events.
- Encourage students to participate in live projects, competitions, research and skill-development activities.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and practical/industry-oriented learning initiatives.
- Undertake research and encourage students to participate in research and innovation activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and industry professionals for academic and student-development initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees and institutional activities.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the Department/Management.

Educational Qualification
- Master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution.
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline, wherever applicable.
- UGC NET/Ph.D. will be preferred, as applicable to the respective discipline.
- Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the concerned programme and regulatory norms.

Experience
- Freshers with strong academic credentials may apply for suitable positions.
- Candidates with prior teaching, research or relevant industry experience will be preferred.
- Candidates having industry exposure along with academic experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience in organizing academic or industry-oriented events.
