RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) specialist for the design and deployment of target-state endpoint security architecture. The candidate will translate assessment findings into a comprehensive Intune/MDE architecture, identifying prerequisites, dependencies,



and implementation considerations across mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), Windows endpoint management, security baselines, compliance policies, and device restrictions. This role will define and execute a structured pilot across representative users, devices, and applications - establishing success criteria for device compliance, restrictions, and end-user experience - and will validate enrollment, device status, and user impact, refining policies based on pilot outcomes. The candidate will also work on phased, wave-based rollout of Intune device-management controls across migrated users and devices, coordinating cutover activities, stakeholder communications, and adoption/risk tracking, followed by hands-on hypercare support to resolve issues, manage exceptions, and continuously tune configurations while monitoring device compliance and policy status enterprise-wide.
