Requirements

- 3–5 years of manual QA experience with hands-on Salesforce testing.

- Review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.

- Prepare test strategies, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and test data.

- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, approval processes, validation rules, Apex functionality, and Lightning components.

- Test Salesforce security including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, field-level security, and record visibility.

- Perform API and integration testing between Salesforce and external applications, including error-handling scenarios.

- Validate data migration, data quality, duplicate management, and bulk-data processing.

- Test reports, dashboards, notifications, email templates, and document-generation functionality.

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.

- Conduct regression testing, UAT support, release validation, and post-deployment smoke testing.





- Maintain requirements-to-test-case traceability and prepare QA reports, defect summaries, and release-readiness documentation.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and platform capabilities.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud is a plus.

- Good knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, security, automation, reports, and dashboards.

- Testing experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, validation rules, approval processes, and LWC.

- Experience with API/integration testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test/defect management tools.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the software testing lifecycle.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote delivery team.

- Salesforce Administrator certification – Mandatory.

- Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification – Nice to have.

- ISTQB or equivalent certification – Nice to have.

- Experience with SOQL for data validation.

- Exposure to complex integrations, data migrations, portals, and customer-facing Salesforce applications.
