Role Overview

As a Senior Pega Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions. Depending on your experience level, you will either support delivery while developing your skills or lead complex initiatives and drive architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure Pega applications aligned with business requirements
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
n
- Support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP services
n
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
n
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
n
- Design scalable, high-performance Pega solutions and drive architectural decisions
n
- Lead Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and delivery oversight

- Ensure best practices in Pega implementation and governance
n
- Manage complex system integrations (APIs, microservices, REST/SOAP)
n
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine complex business requirements

Requirements

- 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development
n
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, banking or lifesciences industries
n
- Strong expertise in Pega architecture, design patterns, and frameworks
n
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions in Agile environments
n
- Advanced knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, microservices)
n
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
n
- Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities
