About the role n
The early years lay the foundation for concentration, independence, confidence, and a lifelong relationship with learning.
n
We are looking for educators who are calm, observant, patient, and genuinely interested in child development. Montessori training is preferred but not essential — we will train and mentor the right candidate.
n
What you will do n
n
- Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly Montessori environment
n
- Observe children closely and respond to their developmental needs
n
- Present materials carefully and guide children towards independence
n
- Support development across language, math,
sensorial work, movement, practical life, and social-emotional growth
n
- Communicate thoughtfully with parents
n
- Collaborate with the team and continue developing your Montessori practice
n
n
