What You’ll Do
n
• NetSuite Architecture & Governance
n
– Define and enforce NetSuite standards: configuration patterns, customizations, naming conventions, roles/permissions, environments, bundle upgrades, and change management.
n
– Drive platform simplification: reduce technical debt, limit unnecessary customization, and increase maintainability.
n
– Own architectural decisioning for native vs custom vs SuiteApp approaches.
n
n
• Manufacturing & Planning (MRP)
n
– Lead support and optimization of NetSuite MRP capabilities (items, BOMs, routings, supply/demand planning, work orders, planning parameters).
n
– Partner with Operations to improve planning accuracy, performance, and adoption.
n
n
• Analytics (NSAW)
n
– Establish best practices for NSAW usage, KPI definitions, data modeling, and semantic consistency.
n
– Ensure analytics outputs are trusted, repeatable, and aligned to business definitions.
n
n
• Integrations (Celigo)
n
– Design and govern integration patterns using Celigo: mapping standards, error handling, retries, monitoring, alerting, and data stewardship.
n
– Improve integration reliability and observability across connected systems.
n
n
• Deployment Excellence (CI/CD)
n
– Implement and mature CI/CD for NetSuite script deployments (e.g., SuiteScript/SDF), including source control, branching strategy, automated checks, and environment promotion.
n
– Establish release processes that reduce risk and increase delivery speed.
n
n
• Backup/Restore & Operational Resilience
n
– Own backup/restore tooling strategy, validation, and runbooks.
n
– Ensure recovery processes are tested and operationally ready.
n
n
• Leadership & Enablement
n
– Mentor NetSuite admins/developers and set reusable patterns.
n
– Lead technical design reviews and provide transparent documentation
