About the Role

This role will own Salute's ADP platform, covering both administration and project work as the company grows. This is not a pure administrator role; direct ADP development experience is required, along with a strong command of HR and payroll data.

Responsibilities

- Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now, and lead ADP-related project work as new requirements arise.
n
- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in Salute Hub.
n
- Build and troubleshoot ADP-to-Snowflake data feeds.
n
- Manage HR and payroll data accuracy and integrity as headcount grows.

Qualifications

n

n
- Solid proficiency in managing HR data and ADP data specifically, not just general HRIS familiarity.
n
- Direct ADP development experience, in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient.
n
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now configuration.
n
- Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance.
