Job Description
1. Lead & manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, coaching & development opportunities.
2.Develop & Implement MIS & analytics solutions to drive business insights & inform decision making.
3.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs & develop solutions.
4.Oversee data quality, integrity & security.
5.Develop & maintain reports, dashboard & analytical tools. 6.Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities & challenges.
7.Provide insights & recommendations to stakeholders.
